Scoring and analysis
Your organization is scored across all four enablers using the SW assessment instrument, benchmarked against Latin American organizational contexts.
Delivery call and report
You receive the scored profile and an executive recommendation report, walked through live: what to deploy first, what to strengthen first, and a realistic sequence for the next two quarters.
Investment
Single-site organizations. Discovery session, four-enabler scored profile, executive recommendation report, delivery call.
Multi-site or multi-unit organizations. Everything in Standard, extended discovery, and per-unit readiness differentiation.
Organizations without in-house AI capacity can continue with a monthly Managed AI Operator arrangement after the assessment. Scoped individually.
Fixed fees, no hourly billing. Payment and applicable taxes are handled at secure checkout. Engagement terms, confidentiality, and deliverable ownership are provided in writing before work begins. All assessment findings are confidential to your organization.
Who this is for
